How an inspection runs

    Walk the site

    Photograph roof sections, rooftop units, panels and nameplates. The app pins each photo to the building and section.

  2. 02

    Review the findings

    Pulsix AI proposes findings with a condition grade and the reference behind it. The inspector confirms, edits or rejects each one.

  3. 03

    Scope the repair

    Confirmed findings become a repair scope with the evidence attached, ready for the proposal.

  4. 04

    Hand it off

    Send the scope to GC 360 and share selected results with the owner in the client portal.
