Pulsix AI is a product of Zebrix Group Inc., a service-disabled veteran-owned HVAC and mechanical contractor in The Woodlands, Texas. We built it because our own inspections needed evidence that owners, engineers and agencies could check.

Founder
Zachary (Zack) Butler founded Zebrix Group Inc. and leads Pulsix AI. He is a Navy veteran with a background in risk and commodity markets, and he applies that discipline to building evidence: say what was observed, how sure you are and what would change your mind.
How we work
- Every result carries an evidence label: screening, owner-enriched or verified.
- We never present a screening result as a verified one.
- Case studies use public data, and nothing about an owner is published without approval.
